For glazed aluminum door panels, i.e., the door wing has one or more glazings

Door design with a one-sided raised door panel gives maximum prominence to the beauty of door panels. The door panel is not inserted into the wing as usual, but is glued onto the wing up to its visible outer contours. The gluing is done from the exterior side. The design of the door panel is not obscured by the door wing, with the panel usually being in the same plane as the frame profile.

Thermal insulation properties are multiple times better compared to inserted panels, as the door panel thickness can be several times larger compared to conventional inserted door panels. The doors thus appear more massive.
